Reflexology Benefits

Reflexology is a complementary health therapy based on the stimulation of reflex points of the feet and hands. Reflexology actually encourages the body to heal - not just alleviate symptoms. Learn more about the benefits of reflexology in this article.

What to expect

Slip off your shoes and be prepared to relax, restore, and rejuvenate. A standard Reflexology session is 60 minutes long. Another option is a 30 minute Reflexology Lymph Drainage session. You can choose whether you want to add energy work to your session. Please see the Services page for more details.

About Judy

Judy Schlueter is a certified Reflexologist and an approved Reflexology Lymph Drainage Practitioner. Judy is an active student of the science-based Manzanares Method™ of Reflexology (MMR) developed by Dr. Jesus Manzanares, M.D. Judy is also a Reconnective Healing Foundational Practitioner and a Reiki Master. Judy’s healing hands have helped hundreds in the Peoria area since HeelSoles, LLC was established in 2013. A Chicago native, Judy specializes in work with cancer survivors and those experiencing chronic pain.
