Reflexology

Reflexology is a form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to areas of the hands and feet that correspond to various organs and systems in the body. Stimulating these areas is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. Reflexology can reduce stress and pain, relax muscles, and increase circulation. Although reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure disease, people around the world use it to complement other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, arthritis, cancer treatment, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS, back pain, and digestive issues.

Relax on our massage table as you lay on a luxurious heated, padded mat embedded with the healing stones tourmaline and amethyst. Both stones have been used for centuries to heal the human body and aid in pain relief. You remain fully clothed during your session. Your session includes:
– Skilled touch therapy on both hands and feet, tailored to alleviate pain and create maximum relaxation
– Sound therapy at a healing frequency known to create healing vibrations for the mind, body and spirit.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Judy is the only reflexologist in Peoria that has been certified in RLD.  It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally  Kay. http://www.reflexologylymphdrainage.co.uk/

RLD was developed to help breast cancer patients with lymphedema after surgery but RLD may also be useful with the following conditions:

The Reconnection

Reconnective Healing presents itself as the frequencies of energy, light and information. These frequencies first became accessible and known to the scientific community in 1993 through Dr. Eric Pearl. (https://www.thereconnection.com/) In this RH field, deep transformation, expansion and evolution is instantly received. 

Offered in individual sessions, Reconnective Healing is not therapy or treatment. It is CHANGE. Each person’s healing will be unique, as each of us has our own independent perfection. Following your sessions, take a look at your life and be the observer. Notice what has begun to shift. It may be on a physical level. It may be on a mental or emotional level. It may be that a relationship has become easier or a work challenge has disappeared, or, just in your vibrational interaction with others, you’ve become a catalyst, a new link to a situation with which they had been struggling. THE PERSONAL RECONNECTION

The Personal Reconnection utilizes the frequencies of Reconnective Healing, but is very precise and differs in its application. It is a focused formation, reconnecting the gridwork of your body to the ley lines of our planet, and Reconnecting these grids to the universal grid in all dimensions of time and space. In your Personal Reconnection, you are reconnecting to a timeless system of intelligence, your master vibration and your evolution. You are actively choosing to access all that you have learned throughout your lifetimes, in this dimension, and beyond. It is an ongoing process, and it will continue to unfold as you begin to make new choices on your life path, moving into your Life Progress. Many who have experienced their Personal Reconnection simply say, “Life is… easier”.

The Personal Reconnection is facilitated in two separate sessions on two separate days. Your second session must be completed within approximately three days after the first session. Receiving your Personal Reconnection is a choice. Not everyone chooses to shift their life at this accelerated pace. The Personal Reconnection is facilitated once in a lifetime.

Reiki

The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words- rei, which means “God’s wisdom” and Ki, which means “life force energy.” So, Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki provides a wonderful complement to a reflexology session and can also be booked as a standalone service. During your session, you will relax on our heated massage table as Judy channels the healing energy of the universe to aid in your relaxation and healing. Many clients describe feeling a glowing radiance surround them. Others feel a heightened sense of peace and well-being.
